Mini Sessions:
During the fall (and spring depending on demand) I will post a sign up for mini-sessions. These opportunities will offer a block of back-to-back sessions on a weekend morning or afternoon. They will be a flat-fee for 20 minutes with approximately a dozen digital images at minimum, often more. Its a perfect set up for families with one or two kids, teens, long time family clients who know me well, or couples on a budget.
Sales:
There will also be opportunities to pre-pay in advance for sessions at a discount, early sign up bonuses, sales on prints and digital orders, and other goodies. The best way to stay on top of these opportunities is to be on my email list and follow me on Facebook where I’ll be sure to post updates.
Fall Scheduling:
Every Labor Day weekend I send out a sign-up to my email list for fall sessions. These usually start the last weekend in September through the first weekend of November and occur at various parks and locations around lower Montgomery County. Be warned, they do fill up. I try to schedule all shoots by the first weekend in November so that we have time for make-ups if needed and by mid-November the weather can get really dicey for outdoor park shoots, especially for the little guys. Make sure you are on my email list to get notification when the sign-up goes live. Once my email list has had a chance to sign up for about a week I post the sign-up to my social media for the masses.
Schools and Teams:
Please contact me for a detailed prospectus about how these shooting days work as well as pricing and a sample order form. One thing parents love is that I offer the option of doing sibling groupings. Instead of having to order multiple packages to get portraits of each kid, they can do one-and-done. A big favorite of families with three or four kids.
Fundraising:
If you are interested in school, team pics, or family mini-sessions for your organization to be used as a fundraiser, let me know! I’m happy to work with you to figure out a price point or donation level that works for all of us.
Albums
As noted previously, album pricing varies but comes in at roughly $300-500 to start. I’ve worked with a variety of publishers and have created both traditional photo albums and more detailed and intricately designed journalistic photo books (pre-pandemic I did this freelance for an event company). Either can be printed in lay-flat leather bound albums with thick pages, hardbound coffee-table style tomes, or soft cover books. Once created, additional copies can be made the same size or smaller (think keepsakes for parents or grandparents) for a nominal additional cost. I know not all photographers offer this service so I’m happy to work with you to create an album from pics I didn’t take myself. I’m happy to go over the cost details if you are insterested but it includes, my time, number of photos/pages, and cost of printing (which varies widely depending on type of album).
