Pricing

The following are all inclusive – sitting fee and all digital images included.

30 min Photoshoot: $375

Professional Headshot: $200/person

60 min Photoshoot: $495

Event Photography: $450+/hour

Prints can be ordered a la carte from your online album.

All shoots will be invoiced via Square and payable by cash, check, credit card or bank transfer and due on the date of service. A late fee of $25 will be assessed for all invoices not paid within 24 hours.

The 30 and 60 minute options are available for all singles, couples and families. When we talk about your shoot, I may recommend a different time from what you are thinking of – for instance, many families with littles think they need 60 minutes but I feel, from experience, everyone stays happier if we stick to a quick 30 minute session. Big extended family groups should plan for an hour. A high school senior who may just want something nicer than the yearbook drape could feel comfortable with what we can accomplish in a half hour, a different senior may want to change outfits or bring props (instruments and sports are a fav!) and in that case 60 minutes would be better.

20 minute “mini-shoots” are only offered in the fall (Sept-Nov 2024 will be $300/20min). If you would like to be added to my email list for fall photos, please fill out the contact form here. I promise I only send 2 emails/year max. Fall schedule always comes out Labor Day-ish.

One location per shoot (except event photography), although when outdoors we may roam and walk when possible. Unless you have a certain attachment to a location please let me give direction as to where to meet – I’ve been shooting in lower Montgomery County for 14+ years and know which parks and outdoor locales I like as well as which ones have flowering trees at which times, or lots of color, lots of evergreens if it’s late in the season, and all tend to have a variety of architectural details (walls, fences, bricks, steps, pergolas, etc). If you need a location that’s accessible I have places I like that work for those needs as well and I’m happy to accomodate.

For event photography, There is a minimum of two hours and a 15% non refundable deposit upon signing to secure the date with payment due by the day of the event.

Travel fees are calculated for events more than a 20 mile drive from my house in lower Montgomery County Maryland. Mileage over 20 miles one way (40 miles round trip) is charged $1/mile (if one way is 30 miles, round trip is 60, that would be 40 miles free and 20 miles at $1.00 = a travel fee of $20.00). If an event is longer than six hours and travel is more than two hours one way, additional lodgning and travel arangements would need to be aadddressed.
